Submit a deletion request
- Email info@acecloud.site with the subject “Data deletion request.”
- Identify the email address or account associated with the information.
- Describe the information, message, project, or integration you want deleted.
- Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information.
Identity verification
ACE Cloud may ask for reasonable information to verify that the requester is the person concerned or is authorized to act for that person. Information requested for verification will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
Response period
ACE Cloud will normally acknowledge a request and complete an eligible deletion request within 30 days after reasonable identity verification. If more time is required because of the request's complexity or applicable law, ACE Cloud will explain the delay.
Information covered
A request may cover contact form submissions, contact information, project information, marketing records, account information, Pinterest or TikTok integration data, OAuth tokens, authorization credentials, cached platform information, stored social-media information, or other personal information controlled by ACE Cloud.
Information that may be retained
ACE Cloud may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, maintain security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or document that a deletion request was completed. Information outside ACE Cloud's control must be requested from the organization that controls it.
Disconnect third-party access
If you previously authorized an ACE Cloud integration, you may also revoke access through the connected Pinterest or TikTok account settings. Revoking access stops API access and means authorization credentials are no longer used. ACE Cloud removes stored tokens when no longer required and securely removes platform-derived information no longer needed for legitimate purposes. Use the email process above to request deletion of stored information.
Confirmation
After completing an eligible request, ACE Cloud will send confirmation to the verified contact address unless prohibited by law or security considerations.
