ACE Cloud respects your privacy and provides users with a clear way to request deletion of personal information and information associated with authorized third party platform integrations.
These instructions apply to information controlled by ACE Cloud that may be associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, or other supported platform integrations.
Request Deletion of Your Information
To request deletion of information associated with your ACE Cloud account, service, or authorized platform connection, send an email to:

Data Deletion Request
In your message, please provide:
- The email address associated with your ACE Cloud service or request.
- The platform associated with the information you want deleted, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or TikTok.
- The name of the connected account, Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or other account when applicable.
- A brief description of the information or integration you want deleted.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, API secrets, payment information, or other sensitive credentials by email.
Identity Verification
ACE Cloud may request reasonable information necessary to verify that the person making the request is authorized to request deletion of the information.
Verification is used only to protect users and prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
ACE Cloud does not charge a fee for submitting a data deletion request.
Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Data
If you have authorized ACE Cloud to connect to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, a deletion request may include information controlled by ACE Cloud such as:
- Facebook account identifiers associated with authorization.
- Facebook Page identifiers and Page information.
- Instagram professional account identifiers and account information.
- OAuth access tokens and related authorization information.
- Media identifiers.
- Publishing records.
- Captions and publishing instructions.
- Publishing status information.
- Authorized analytics or insights stored by ACE Cloud.
- Other Meta derived information processed by ACE Cloud in connection with an authorized service.
ACE Cloud will delete information controlled by ACE Cloud that is subject to a verified deletion request unless retention is required by applicable law or another legitimate legal obligation.
Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram
You may also revoke ACE Cloud's authorization directly through the applicable Facebook, Instagram, or Meta account settings.
Revoking authorization prevents ACE Cloud from continuing to use that authorization.
Revoking platform authorization does not necessarily delete information previously stored by ACE Cloud.
To request deletion of previously stored information controlled by ACE Cloud, submit a Data Deletion Request using the instructions above.
Pinterest and TikTok Data
Information retrieved through Pinterest's API is distinct from information supplied directly by an ACE Cloud user or generated internally by ACE Cloud. ACE Cloud generally does not persistently store information retrieved from Pinterest's API except where Pinterest expressly permits storage. Current Pinterest information is retrieved through the API when needed.
To operate an authorized Pinterest integration, ACE Cloud may retain OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens; user supplied content and captions; user selected publishing times and Boards; internal workflow records and publishing job status; and integration configuration. ACE Cloud may also retain records necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or service operation.
When a user disconnects Pinterest or submits a verified deletion request, ACE Cloud will revoke or remove applicable Pinterest OAuth credentials under its control and delete applicable ACE Cloud controlled Pinterest integration information unless retention is legally or operationally required. Information already published to Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest's own deletion and account controls. Users may also revoke ACE Cloud directly through Pinterest's connected application settings.
Users who have connected Pinterest or TikTok accounts may use the same deletion process.
A verified deletion request may include:
- Platform account identifiers.
- Authorization tokens.
- Publishing information.
- Content identifiers.
- Stored workflow information.
- Authorized analytics information.
- Other platform derived information controlled by ACE Cloud.
Users may also revoke ACE Cloud access through the applicable platform's authorization or connected application settings.
What ACE Cloud Deletes
Depending on the service used, ACE Cloud may delete:
- Personal information associated with the request.
- Stored platform account identifiers.
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens controlled by ACE Cloud.
- Authorization information.
- Stored publishing instructions.
- Stored platform content information.
- Analytics information controlled by ACE Cloud.
- Integration configuration information.
- Other user data controlled by ACE Cloud that is no longer required.
Information Stored by Third Party Platforms
ACE Cloud can delete information that ACE Cloud controls.
ACE Cloud cannot directly guarantee deletion of information independently stored or controlled by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, or another third party platform.
For example, content that has already been published to Facebook or Instagram may remain on that platform until it is separately deleted through the applicable platform or through functionality authorized by that platform.
Third party platforms maintain their own privacy policies and data deletion procedures.
Processing Your Request
ACE Cloud will review verified deletion requests and process applicable deletion without undue delay and within any timeframe required by applicable law.
ACE Cloud may contact you if additional information is reasonably necessary to identify the information associated with your request.
After processing, ACE Cloud may send confirmation that the applicable information controlled by ACE Cloud has been deleted.
Information That May Need to Be Retained
In limited circumstances, ACE Cloud may be required to retain certain information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law.
- Respond to a valid legal obligation.
- Maintain required financial or business records.
- Prevent fraud or abuse.
- Protect the security of ACE Cloud systems.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
When information must be retained for one of these purposes, ACE Cloud will limit retention to information reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Removing Authorization
Users may revoke authorization for an ACE Cloud platform integration at any time through the applicable third party platform.
After authorization is revoked, features that depend on that platform connection may stop functioning.
ACE Cloud will not intentionally continue using a revoked authorization to access new platform information.
