ACE Cloud does not request or store social media account passwords.
Supported Platforms
ACE Cloud may support authorized integrations with:
- Meta
- TikTok
- YouTube
Additional integrations may be added as ACE Cloud services expand and as official platform APIs become available.
Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Integration
ACE Cloud uses official Meta APIs to provide authorized Facebook and Instagram functionality for businesses, creators, and account administrators.
Users must authorize access through Meta's official authentication process before ACE Cloud can access or manage eligible Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts.
ACE Cloud does not request or store Facebook or Instagram passwords.
What the Meta Integration Does
Depending on the permissions granted by the account owner and approved by Meta, ACE Cloud may allow an authorized user to:
- Connect a Meta account.
- Retrieve Facebook Pages the user is authorized to manage.
- Identify eligible Instagram professional accounts.
- Select an authorized Facebook Page or Instagram professional account.
- Prepare user selected images, videos, captions, and other supported content.
- Publish user selected content to authorized Facebook or Instagram accounts.
- Schedule content through ACE Cloud supported workflows where available.
- Retrieve publishing status and content identifiers.
- Retrieve authorized account or content information required to complete the requested workflow.
- Disconnect an authorized Meta connection.
- Request deletion of information associated with the connection.
ACE Cloud performs these actions only after authorization from the account owner.
TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google Integrations
ACE Cloud may use official TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google APIs to support user-requested publishing, scheduling, account selection, content management, status retrieval, and authorized analytics where those features and permissions are available and approved.
Users authenticate directly with the applicable provider, select the eligible account or channel they control, and approve the requested permissions. ACE Cloud does not request or store the user's password for these platforms.
Availability depends on platform review, API access, account eligibility, current provider policies, and the permissions granted by the user. ACE Cloud does not claim access to features that a platform has not approved.
Account Control and Revocation
Users remain responsible for the content and accounts they authorize. They may revoke ACE Cloud's access through the provider's connected-app settings. Revoking access stops future API activity that depends on that authorization.

Facebook Page Access
When authorized, ACE Cloud may retrieve information about Facebook Pages that the user owns or is permitted to manage.
This may include:
- Page identifier.
- Page name.
- Page access information required for authorized API operations.
- Publishing information.
- Content identifiers.
- Publishing status.
- Other Page information necessary to provide the user requested functionality.
ACE Cloud uses this information only to provide authorized ACE Cloud services.
Instagram Professional Accounts
ACE Cloud may support Instagram Business and Creator accounts through Meta's official APIs.
Depending on the API configuration and permissions approved by Meta, an authorized user may be able to connect an eligible Instagram professional account and use ACE Cloud to prepare, publish, manage, or retrieve information about user selected content.
Instagram functionality may include:
- Connecting an Instagram professional account.
- Retrieving the account identifier and basic account information.
- Preparing user selected media and captions.
- Creating media publishing containers where required by the Meta API.
- Publishing authorized media.
- Retrieving publishing status.
- Retrieving media identifiers.
- Retrieving authorized insights when that functionality is enabled and approved.
ACE Cloud does not access personal Instagram consumer accounts through functionality intended only for professional accounts.
User Control and Authorization
ACE Cloud does not connect Facebook or Instagram accounts without authorization.
Users control:
- Whether an account is connected.
- Which eligible assets are authorized.
- What content is selected for publishing.
- Whether ACE Cloud remains connected to the platform.
Users may revoke ACE Cloud access through the applicable Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account settings.
Users may also contact ACE Cloud to request deletion of information controlled by ACE Cloud.
Information Used by the Integration
Depending on the functionality authorized by the user, ACE Cloud may process:
- Meta authorization information.
- Facebook Page identifiers.
- Facebook Page information.
- Instagram professional account identifiers.
- Basic account information.
- OAuth access tokens.
- Media identifiers.
- Images and videos selected by the user.
- Captions and publishing instructions.
- Publishing status information.
- Content information.
- Authorized analytics or insights when applicable.
ACE Cloud accesses only information reasonably necessary to provide the authorized service.
OAuth and Security
ACE Cloud uses OAuth and other official authorization methods provided by supported platforms.
Authorization credentials are treated as confidential.
ACE Cloud does not publicly expose user access tokens.
ACE Cloud does not request or store Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or TikTok passwords.
Users may revoke authorization through the applicable platform.
Data Use
Information received through platform integrations is used only to provide functionality requested by the authorized user, maintain the integration, troubleshoot problems, secure ACE Cloud services, and comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.
ACE Cloud does not sell Meta derived information.
ACE Cloud does not use Meta derived information for unauthorized advertising.
ACE Cloud does not use Meta derived information to train general purpose artificial intelligence models.

Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of information controlled by ACE Cloud that is associated with a Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, or other supported integration.

Pinterest Integration
ACE Cloud may use Pinterest's official API to support authorized publishing, scheduling, content management, analytics, or related workflow functionality.
Users authorize Pinterest access through Pinterest's official OAuth process. ACE Cloud does not collect Pinterest passwords.
Users control what content is published, which Boards receive it, and when it is published or scheduled. Every Pin, Board selection, publishing action, or scheduled Pinterest action performed through ACE Cloud must be specifically selected, configured, or authorized by the user. ACE Cloud does not automatically perform Pinterest engagement actions without the user's specific knowledge and authorization.
Users may disconnect Pinterest at any time. ACE Cloud is an independent service and is not endorsed, sponsored by, or affiliated with Pinterest unless expressly stated otherwise.
TikTok Integration
ACE Cloud may use official TikTok APIs to provide authorized content publishing and related workflow functionality.
Users may authorize an eligible TikTok account, prepare user selected content and captions, review publishing selections, approve publishing, and retrieve publishing status where supported by TikTok.
ACE Cloud does not request or store TikTok passwords.

ACE Cloud is an independent service.
ACE Cloud is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Amazon, or other third party platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.
All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Third party platforms may modify their APIs, permissions, eligibility requirements, policies, or available functionality at any time.
