Meta, Facebook, and Instagram
ACE Cloud may use official Meta APIs to provide supported Facebook and Instagram functionality.
Users may authorize eligible Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts through Meta's official authorization process.
Users remain responsible for:

- Ensuring they have permission to publish the content.
- Reviewing publishing selections when applicable.
- Compliance with Meta Platform Terms, Facebook terms, Instagram terms, community standards, advertising policies, intellectual property requirements, and other applicable Meta policies.
ACE Cloud does not guarantee approval of any Meta permission, App Review request, business verification request, Page, account, advertisement, content item, or API feature.
Meta may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue APIs, permissions, products, or account access at any time.
Pinterest and TikTok
ACE Cloud may provide authorized publishing, content management, analytics, or account workflow functionality through approved Pinterest or TikTok APIs.
Users are responsible for complying with the policies, eligibility requirements, and content rules of the applicable platform.
Pinterest and TikTok may modify or discontinue APIs or restrict account access independently of ACE Cloud.
User Content
You retain ownership of content that you provide to ACE Cloud unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
By submitting content for processing, automation, publishing, or another requested service, you grant ACE Cloud permission to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations for content you provide.
ACE Cloud is not responsible for claims resulting from content provided by a user without sufficient rights or permission.
Artificial Intelligence and Automation
ACE Cloud services may incorporate artificial intelligence or automated systems.
Artificial intelligence generated or automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular purpose.
Users are responsible for reviewing important output before using or publishing it.
