This Privacy Policy explains how ACE Cloud handles personal information through acecloud.site, direct communications, and authorized Pinterest integrations. It applies when you visit our website, contact us, or choose to connect a Pinterest account through an ACE Cloud service.
Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, contact-form information, company or organization information, project details, preferred contact method, and the contents of your message. Through authorized third-party API connections, we may collect account identifiers, content publishing information, board, Pin, video, publishing status, account information, OAuth authorization information, and access tokens when required to maintain the authorized integration. Please do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment information, health information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal data. ACE Cloud does not request or store Pinterest or TikTok passwords.
Website and technical information
The services used to host, deliver, and secure this website may automatically process limited technical and basic usage information, such as an IP address, browser or device type, request time, referring page, and security or diagnostic logs. ACE Cloud uses this information only as reasonably necessary to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
Pinterest account connections and information
When you voluntarily authorize an ACE Cloud service to connect with Pinterest through Pinterest's official API, we may receive the access token or refresh token needed for that connection, your Pinterest account or profile identifiers, and Pinterest data permitted by the scopes you approve. Depending on the service, this may include board, Pin, catalog, advertising, analytics, or publishing information. ACE Cloud accesses only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature, such as preparing, publishing, scheduling, managing, or reporting on content.
How Pinterest information is used
We use Pinterest-derived information only to operate, secure, support, and improve the ACE Cloud feature you request; to communicate with you; to troubleshoot; to comply with law; and to protect our rights and users. We do not sell, resell, redistribute for independent third-party use, or use Pinterest-derived data to train, fine-tune, develop, or improve artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. ACE Cloud does not claim that Pinterest endorses, sponsors, or approves ACE Cloud or any ACE Cloud service.
Pinterest API
With the account owner's authorization, ACE Cloud may use the official Pinterest API to connect an account, create and publish Pins, schedule user-selected Pins where permitted, access authorized boards and Pins where necessary, retrieve supported publishing or account status, and manage authorized publishing workflows. ACE Cloud never requests or stores Pinterest passwords. Access is limited to permissions granted through Pinterest's official authorization process, and account owners may revoke access at any time.
TikTok API
ACE Cloud may use official TikTok APIs, including approved Content Posting functionality where available, to let authorized users connect a TikTok account, select original content, prepare captions and supported publishing settings, review content, choose supported privacy and interaction settings, approve publishing, and receive publishing status information. TikTok authentication uses TikTok's official authorization process. ACE Cloud never requests or stores TikTok passwords, publishes only after user authorization and approval, and does not sell, resell, or redistribute TikTok-derived data for unauthorized third-party use.
Tokens, storage, retention, and disconnection
Connection tokens are treated as confidential credentials and protected with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. We retain OAuth tokens only while necessary to maintain an authorized connection. Tokens are removed or invalidated when no longer needed. Platform-derived information is deleted or anonymized when no longer required, subject to legal obligations and platform requirements. You may revoke ACE Cloud's Pinterest or TikTok access through the applicable account settings and request disconnection and deletion of associated stored data by emailing info@acecloud.site. Revoking access may prevent related features from working.
Sharing and disclosure
ACE Cloud may share information, including platform-derived data, with legitimate infrastructure and service providers that support hosting, security, storage, email, and business operations, only as reasonably necessary to provide requested functionality and subject to appropriate restrictions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. ACE Cloud does not sell personal information or platform-derived data.
Third-party services
ACE Cloud is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with Pinterest, TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Amazon, or other third-party platforms unless specifically stated otherwise. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and similar technologies
ACE Cloud does not currently intend to use advertising pixels or business analytics on this website. Essential hosting, delivery, and security technologies may still be used. See the Cookie Notice for more information.
Retention and security
ACE Cloud keeps personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, legitimate business records, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information controlled by ACE Cloud. Email info@acecloud.site with the subject “Privacy request.” ACE Cloud may request reasonable information to verify your identity and the scope of your request.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. ACE Cloud does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact ACE Cloud to request its deletion.
