ACE Cloud accesses platform information only after the applicable account owner grants authorization through the platform's official authorization process.
Information You Provide
ACE Cloud may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

Company or organization information.
Contact form information.
Project information.
Preferred contact method.
Messages and communications sent to ACE Cloud.
Content, captions, media, publishing instructions, or other materials that you submit for processing through an ACE Cloud service.
Please do not provide passwords, private API keys, payment information, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
ACE Cloud does not request or store Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or TikTok passwords.

Authorized Platform Integrations

Users control whether an account is connected and must authorize access through the applicable platform.
Depending on the service requested and permissions approved by the applicable platform, ACE Cloud may process account identifiers, account information, content information, publishing information, analytics information, authorization information, and other information required to provide the requested functionality.
ACE Cloud accesses only information reasonably necessary for the user requested service.
Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Integrations
ACE Cloud may use official Meta APIs and authorization systems to provide supported Facebook and Instagram functionality.
When a user voluntarily authorizes a Meta connection, ACE Cloud may receive or process information permitted by the permissions granted by the user and approved by Meta.
Depending on the functionality being used, this information may include:
Facebook user or account identifiers associated with authorization.
Facebook Page identifiers, Page names, and Page information.
Instagram professional account identifiers and account information.
Media identifiers.
Images, videos, captions, and other user selected content.
Publishing instructions.
Publishing status information.
Content management information.
Account insights and analytics when authorized.
Comments, messages, lead information, or other account interactions only when a specific ACE Cloud feature requires that information and the appropriate Meta permission has been granted.
OAuth access tokens and authorization information necessary to maintain the authorized connection.
ACE Cloud does not automatically receive every category of information listed above. The information available depends on the functionality being used, permissions approved by Meta, and permissions granted by the account owner.
How Meta Information Is Used
ACE Cloud may process Meta derived information to provide functionality requested by an authorized user, including:
Connecting authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.
Preparing user selected content for publishing.
Publishing or scheduling user selected content where supported.
Managing authorized content workflows.
Retrieving publishing status.
Retrieving authorized account or content information.
Displaying or processing authorized analytics and insights.
Supporting approved lead, notification, comment, or messaging workflows when applicable.
Maintaining account connections.
Troubleshooting authorized integrations.
Protecting the security of ACE Cloud services.
Complying with applicable law and platform requirements.
ACE Cloud does not sell Meta derived information.
ACE Cloud does not use Meta derived information for unauthorized advertising purposes.
ACE Cloud does not use Meta derived information to train, fine tune, develop, or improve general purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
ACE Cloud does not claim that Meta, Facebook, or Instagram sponsors, endorses, or approves ACE Cloud.
Meta Authorization and User Control
Facebook and Instagram authentication is performed through Meta's official authorization system.
ACE Cloud does not request or store Facebook or Instagram passwords.
Users determine whether to authorize a Meta connection and may revoke access through their applicable Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Users may also contact ACE Cloud to request disconnection of an authorized integration and deletion of associated information controlled by ACE Cloud.
Revoking authorization may cause related ACE Cloud functionality to stop working.
Pinterest Integrations
ACE Cloud may use Pinterest's official API to provide user authorized publishing, scheduling, content management, account connection, and analytics functionality. Users authorize access through Pinterest's official OAuth authorization process. ACE Cloud does not request, collect, or store Pinterest passwords or Pinterest session cookies.
ACE Cloud may securely maintain OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens when necessary to maintain an authorized Pinterest connection. Information retrieved from the Pinterest API, including Pins, Boards, account information, content information, and related Pinterest data, is accessed only when necessary to provide functionality requested by the authorized user.
Except where storage is expressly permitted by Pinterest's applicable developer terms, ACE Cloud does not persistently store information retrieved from the Pinterest API. Current Pinterest information is retrieved through Pinterest's API when needed. Where Pinterest permits retention of campaign analytics information, ACE Cloud limits its use and retention to purposes authorized by Pinterest and the applicable Pinterest account owner.
Users remain responsible for selecting the Pins, content, Boards, publishing times, and other Pinterest actions they want ACE Cloud to perform. ACE Cloud does not automatically create Pins, save Pins, follow accounts, send messages, post comments, or perform other Pinterest actions without the user's specific knowledge and authorization.
ACE Cloud does not sell Pinterest API information, use it to target advertising outside Pinterest, or combine Pinterest account information with information from unrelated users or services except where necessary and permitted to provide the requested service. ACE Cloud does not use information obtained through the Pinterest API to train, fine tune, develop, or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Users may revoke ACE Cloud's Pinterest authorization through Pinterest's connected application settings. Users may also contact ACE Cloud to request deletion of information controlled by ACE Cloud relating to their Pinterest connection.
TikTok Integrations
ACE Cloud may use official TikTok APIs, including approved content publishing functionality where available.
Authorized users may be able to connect a TikTok account, select original content, prepare captions and supported publishing settings, review publishing choices, approve publishing, and retrieve publishing status information.
TikTok authentication is performed through TikTok's official authorization process.
ACE Cloud does not request or store TikTok passwords.
ACE Cloud does not sell or redistribute TikTok derived information for unauthorized third party use.
OAuth Tokens and Credentials
Authorized platform integrations may require ACE Cloud to process OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, authorization codes, or related authorization information.
These credentials are treated as confidential.
ACE Cloud uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect authorization credentials against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
Access tokens are used only as reasonably necessary to provide authorized functionality.
ACE Cloud does not publicly expose user access tokens.
Data Retention
ACE Cloud retains personal information and platform derived information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide the requested service.
Maintain an authorized integration.
Complete requested publishing or automation functions.
Maintain legitimate business records.
Troubleshoot or secure ACE Cloud services.
Resolve disputes.
Comply with applicable legal or platform requirements.
OAuth tokens are retained only while reasonably necessary to maintain an authorized connection.
Platform information that is no longer required is deleted, anonymized, or otherwise removed as appropriate, subject to legal obligations and applicable platform requirements.

Data Deletion Request
The request should identify the account or email address associated with the ACE Cloud service and, when applicable, the connected platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or TikTok.
ACE Cloud may request reasonable information necessary to verify the identity of the requester and identify the information associated with the request.
After verification, ACE Cloud will delete information controlled by ACE Cloud that is subject to the request unless retention is required by applicable law or another legitimate legal obligation.
Users may also revoke ACE Cloud access directly through the applicable third party platform's account or authorization settings.

Sharing and Service Providers
ACE Cloud may use legitimate service providers to support hosting, infrastructure, security, storage, email, workflow automation, and other technical operations necessary to provide ACE Cloud services.
Information is shared with these providers only when reasonably necessary to provide requested functionality and subject to appropriate restrictions.
ACE Cloud may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of ACE Cloud, its users, or others.

Third party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, developer policies, and authorization systems.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
ACE Cloud does not currently intend to use advertising pixels on acecloud.site.
Essential technologies used for website hosting, security, performance, and delivery may still process limited technical information.
